Mastering Mindful Eating 6-Week Workshop

January 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

In this 6-week workshop, you will rediscover your intuitive body wisdom and unlock the innate sensibilities you have to nourish yourself wisely. Let go of the failing dieting psychology that promotes deprivation and restriction and embrace a kinder, gentler form of self care that produces sustainable results.
Workshop includes:
  •  Weekly Zoom sessions and a Facebook group to give you access to a supportive community 
  • Food prep and cooking demonstrations to bring mindfulness into your kitchen
  • Activities to help you slow down, savor, and feel satisfied
  • Guidance to help you change your inner dialog and create a healthier relationship with food
  • Body appreciation exercises 
  • Lightness and laughter (because, let’s face it, we can all use more of that in 2021!)
Online group sessions take place every Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 19 – Feb. 23
