Mastering Mindful Eating 4-Week Course

After many requests to offer a group class on this subject, I’m thrilled to introduce my first 4-week online course on mindful eating. This course is for anyone who would like to ditch the dieting mentality or simply have a healthier relationship with food. The course curriculum includes:

  • Releasing the restriction/deprivation mindset
  • Embracing intentional, mindful eating instead of incessant tracking
  • Recognizing and addressing emotional eating
  • Reclaiming the joy of food and eating

Online course runs from 1/21/22 through 2/18/22 with weekly meetings every Friday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. Class recordings will be made available.
