Feeding Your Microbiome – PCC Online Cooking Class

Nutritionist Michelle Babb will guide you on an exploration of the microbiome — the community of organisms that protects your body against germs, influences your metabolism, and makes use of essential vitamins and nutrients. Michelle will bring you up to speed on how to restore the natural rhythm of your microbiome, cultivating a healthy environment with plenty of fiber, pre- and probiotics, and a variety of plant-based foods. Put this approach into practice as you cook along to make Crimson Beets and Purple Cabbage Kraut along with Silky Sunchoke and Celeriac Soup.
