Anti-Inflammatory Mind-Body Balancing Cleanse

This 4-week online workshop provides expert guidance for a 21-day anti-inflammatory cleanse. Whether you’re looking to restore balance in your body, find more energy and vitality, or improve your gut-brain health (or all of the above!) this workshop is for you. Through weekly meetings over the course of four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who are also doing the cleanse if you choose to participate in real time. Recordings of each session will also be provided for you to watch at your leisure if that works better for you. In this course, you’ll receive all the support you need for a successful cleanse and to transition from the cleanse into your own sustainable nutrition plan. Workshop includes:

– Recipes
– Food prep/cooking demos
– Tools to identify and work through challenges and obstacles
– Strategies to manage sugar cravings and self sabotage
– Guidance on mindful eating to improve digestion and self regulation
