Ingredients
  • 1 - 15 oz. can of chickpeas garbanzo beans
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • Sea salt and your choice of other seasonings cumin, red pepper flakes, paprika, etc.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Rinse beans well and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the beans in a bowl and toss with grapeseed oil, salt and spices.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 50 - 55 minutes until they're golden brown and rattle around the pan.
  4. Cool thoroughly before storing in an airtight container.
