Place walnuts, dates cocoa and coconut butter in food processor and blend. Vertically slice open the vanilla bean and scrape the inside of the vanilla bean into the mixture. Add agave nectar and blend for 30 seconds.
Transfer mixture into 9" x 9" square dish and press the mixture down into the dish with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to make it easier to cut the brownies into squares.
