SUMMARY:Gut Healing Workshop for IBS and SIBO
DESCRIPTION:Are you suffering with excessive bloating\, gas\, abdominal discomfort\, and cranky bowels? Maybe you even have the diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)? This 4-week online course is for you! After guiding hundreds of patients through therapeutic food plans and completing a course on the low FODMAP diet for IBS\, I’m ready to share this knowledge and experience in a group setting to help end the suffering and start the healing. Course curriculum includes: \n\nGuidance on the Low  FODMAP therapeutic diet\nRecipes\, shopping lists\, and food plans\nFood prep and cooking demos\nStrategies to optimize digestion and balance the microbiome\nPlans to continue healing the gut and expanding the diet\n\nOnline course runs from 6/24/22 through 7/15/22 with weekly meetings every Friday from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. Pacific time. Class recordings will be made available.
