SUMMARY:Thriving Through Perimenopause & Beyond
DESCRIPTION:This 4-week online workshop provides expert guidance to help you understand how and why your body is changing and what factors influence those changes. You’ll get practical nutrition advice and lifestyle strategies that can help ease your transition into menopause and beyond. Through weekly meetings over the course of 4 weeks\, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with other woman in a safe and supportive online community. Meetings take place online every Thursday from 6 – 7:30 p.m. PDT from 5/7 through 5/28. Recordings of each session will be provided if you can’t participate in the live sessions.
